Instead of dealing with the real problem at hand, being how logging creates the perfect environment for fires to start (read more here), the Canadian government has been quietly relying on weather modification experiments, including cloud-seeding .... and in British Columbia, it's causing this :

Environment Canada is conducting simulated geo-engineering experiments to control climate change. Federal government documents received by former B.C. premier Bill Vander Zalm through a freedom of information request define geo-engineering as the modification of Earth systems. The document notes that geo-engineering methods are classified into two groups: solar radiation management, and carbon dioxide removal from the atmosphere. The briefing paper was prepared in advance of a top-level inter-agency meeting convened by Environment Canada to discuss matters about geo-engineering options to address climate change. Many suspect that cloud-like streams left by airplanes are chemical trails, or “chemtrails” that contain unknown substances used to alter the weather. The former B.C. premier received 47 pages of documents from the federal government. Six pages were blank, and 10 pages had some portions blacked out. The retired politician said that the papers prove that Canada is into geo-engineering. “There’s no doubt about it,” Vander Zalm told the Straight by phone. “As to what extent and what they’re spending and where they’re doing it, we don’t know exactly.” (Straight News).
Some problems: One issue is where the rain would have fallen if you hadn't cloud seeded. Does a cloud seeding event in Alberta keep a farmer in Saskatchewan from getting rain that he or she might have received?" "So you're extracting moisture from the atmosphere. That's absolutely correct. However, these clouds would not precipitate in the area," said Friedrich. "They can evaporate and maybe they fall down as precipitation over the ocean [or another area]." If injecting us with viruses via vaccines wasn't enough ... Harvard scientists, along with Bill Gates, intend to block out the sun’s rays from earth as a way to defeat climate change. The geoengineering project is an attempt to cool the earth’s overall temperature... or is it something more sinister?

This is starting to sound like the elitists' big depopulation extinction event that they are attempting to pull off. The real virus will be released via vaccines, meanwhile spraying the skies with toxic aerosols, most likely aluminum mixed with other biological agents. Farmers from Australia are the latest donors to a polar bear-patrolled Arctic doomsday vault that stores seeds as insurance against an international food emergency. The Svalbard Global Seed Vault, a converted mine, is located about 800 miles from the North Pole in Arctic Norway.
An Australian delegation of farmers and scientists next week will deposit 301 samples of peas and 42 rare chickpeas in the vault, intending to protect the plant species from extinction by climatic or man-made events.
Storing seeds as insurance against an international food emergency - like the one we may see from the COVID-19 worldwide economy shutdown, that will ultimately diminish food production while food supplies dwindle. This sounds like it is what Bill Gates wanted. Could this be the real intent of Bill Gates, considering he is behind Event 201, the world's RESPONSE to a coronavirus pandemic?
Either we, the people, unite and destroy these evil-doers now, or never. We can't let these murderers get away with this. This is war against humanity. The quarantine is meant to keep us divided, and once food supplies run short, while the media shows fabricated (and real) stories of people clashing (racial groups, police vs citizens, etc), that will be our doom if we are not united ...
So you are driving down the highway, and you spot those refineries, factories, or power plants, constantly spewing enormous clouds into the air on a daily basis. Not affecting our climate, or are they? Ever wonder what happens to those aerosol plumes when the air pressure and temperature changes - you guessed it - instantaneous cloud formation. So much for those sunny bright blue skies - instead our sky is littered with a thick blanket of whitish gray cloud mass. It is quite surprising that there are so many studies lacking in this area - how factory and power plant aerosols affect our climate and precipitation patterns. Take a look at some of these photos, and it instantly becomes obvious. If you are ever in Edmonton driving on the east side of Anthony-Henday, before passing by the Suncor and Enbridge sites, switch your air intake (to circulate internally) and after some time, switch to external air intake and you will notice the difference in smell. These aerosols are loaded with nasty pollutants and chemicals and make you wonder what the lung cancer rates are like for some people living close to these areas long-term.

And the weather channel would have you believe that these clouds are formed naturally? From a distance, these are clouds formed from the Suncor and Enbridge facilities and refinery plants.
Got clouds? What would have been a beautiful sunny day is now shrouded in clouds, especially if you live in the north east. Driving to the south of these clouds, we noticed that the sun was visible.
We had our videographer shoot this small footage, while the driver passes by the Enbridge and Suncor sites.
Just imagine how many clouds are formed on a daily basis and then sent along the drifts of wind, where they accumulate and snow or rain down on nearby cities (as shown in radar - ground-based precipitation.)

This day, in a neighborhood that was north east, you could see the massive amounts of clouds being formed overhead, which later trickled down some snow in the area.
The prophecy was spoken over 1400 years ago, when speaking in reference to Dajjal (the Deceiver, the anti-Christ):

He would come to the people and invite them and they would affirm their faith in him and respond to him. What kind of technology is altering the weather to bring rain in designated areas, while depleting other areas of rain? You guessed it - weather modification. The methods used for cloud-seeding range not only to silver iodine, but now also include bacterial agents, metals, lead, copper, BARIUM, AMMONIA, and more (see Patent US5360162 A and Patent # 5,223,412).
Here is the technology that is being used to create droughts:
Patent # 6315213 - November 13, 2001 - A method for artificially modifying the weather by seeding rain clouds of a storm with suitable cross-linked aqueous polymer. The polymer is dispersed into the cloud and the wind of the storm agitates the mixture causing the polymer to absorb the rain. This reaction forms a gelatinous substance which precipitate to the surface below. Thus, diminishing the clouds ability to rain.
The lack of provincial regulation worries Louis Bauman, south of Sundre, who’s been following cloud seeding since the government’s involvement in the 1970s. His brother Joseph, who has since passed away, fought with the government back in the late ’70s and early ’80s to stop the project. He said it wasn’t right that the government was meddling with the natural course of weather and said such activities were devastating for agriculture, livestock farming and recreation.
“Is it lawful in Alberta to change the natural course of the weather by physical and chemical intervention to produce artificially positive rain and hail storm in one part in order to prevent contingent rain and hail in another?” he wrote in an affidavit to the Red Deer Provincial Court in 1984." “Maybe the seeding will help Olds and Calgary by pre-emptying the clouds onto us, but what sort of reasoning is that, and how fair could that be?” asked Schroeder in a letter to the editor last year.
The link between weather modification and GMOs:
U.S. weather patent # 5003186, entitled "Stratospheric Welsbach seeding for reduction of global warming" uses aluminum oxide. So does patent # 7645326.
Aluminum-resistant gene patent # 7582809: A method of producing a genetically transformed plant wherein the method comprises: (a) cloning or synthesizing a nucleic acid molecule encoding a Al-inducible citrate efflux transporter polypeptide ... providing tolerance to aluminum to a plant.
Bill Gates is a big funder of David Keith's idea of spraying aluminum into the sky, while also funding vaccines and genetically-modified foods. Does this not sound like a conflict of interest?
When these persistent contrails are sprayed into our skies, whether they are weather-patented or not, deployed using commercial jets or private military-owned jets, our climate is affected. The trails that linger in the sky block out essential sunlight, causing our temperature to drop. Here is a typical example of how a blue-skied morning can easily turn into a mass of aerosol-laced white skies. Where the temperature could have been plus fifteen, it then continuously drops towards zero.
April 29-30/14 - A convoluted weather system, whose moisture stretches for thousands of miles, is actively being influenced by NEXRAD stations across the continent. The moisture can be seen coming in from near the Gulf of Mexico, towards north eastern states, then curving back down, and finally curving back up into Alberta and Saskatchewan. It makes its way far north towards the Arctic. Surface analysis photos are provided at the end of this article. Cloud plumes can be seen originating from power plants in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and North Carolina states. What is also strange about this system is that there appears to be an intense low pressure zone that lies near the Davenport, IA (KDVN) NEXRAD site. We also see important satellite data being censored in the Western continent. Could this be due to the fact that moisture (see second photo in last section) is being diverted from central Baja California and Mexico into the southern states? We believe that power plant aerosols are also creating excessive moisture from ground, feeding the developing thunderstorm and rainfall that has flooded areas near the Gulf. This has all been documented in the video below. Pay close attention to how the NEXRAD sites (white dots) are actively shaping the developing weather systems:
In the satellite portion of the video here, take note of the cloud plumes originating in Louisiana and neighbouring states just east of it. There are some massive power plants in many of these areas. See the power plants map here. Regarding the cloud plumes, watch each state in the video one by one, in order to correlate the cloud formations with the information below.
We have listed power plants with large operating capacity in areas from where the plumes originate. We believe that these power plants are largely responsible for the massive cloud formations that dumped intense rain in some areas. See the accompanying legend to the right. Each energy plant below also has an operating capacity (in megawatts), which is important in determining the amount of aerosols that can be released into the sky. The energy plant names have been colour-coded for ease of referencing on the accompanying maps. Is it a coincidence that cloud plumes were seen on satellite originating from Louisiana state, which ranks second in the U.S. for energy consumption per capita?

For the first time ever, we are now able to see how the nation's weather develops near active NEXRAD sites. In the video. each dot representations a NEXRAD Doppler site, capable of emitting over 700,000 watts of microwave energy in each pulse. We can clearly see developing weather systems being affected in areas within close proximity to these NEXRAD sites. With large receiver and transmitter capacity, these devices can act like local HAARP stations. Weather patents and research for climate engineering supports this theory (see below).
We believe that these devices are using electromagnetic forces to actively alter moisture flux divergence patterns, synoptic fronts, upper air surroundings, the jet stream, and other naturally-occurring weather patterns. This may also be further achieved through the deployment of metallic aerosols sprayed with jets, and power plant aerosol emissions creating excessive moisture from the ground.
The second NEXRAD map used (with red dots) is nearly accurate, with the exception of some of the far north eastern states. We tried our best to overlay the map accurately within another layer:

This leaves us some questions: What are the health and environmental effects of spraying such chemicals into our air? Should we not be opposing such actions, and lobbying our government? Why does Environment Canada keep on insisting that the lingering persistent contrails (white streaks) seen behind certain high-altitude jets are simply the product of water vapour? Should we not be testing for the presence of such chemicals in our rain and snow? The only way to determine the presence of chemical aerosol agents is to test such samples of snow / rain in a lab. By reading the weather patents, we can determine what it is that we are searching for.
