Taking advantage of the the coronavirus situation that he had fore-planned in Event 201, Bill Gates also insists that we must use "digital certificates" to prove who received what vaccines, and yet he is heavily invested in the same companies that are producing this type of technology. Patent # 6315213 - November 13, 2001 - A method for artificially modifying the weather by seeding rain clouds of a storm with suitable cross-linked aqueous polymer. The polymer is dispersed into the cloud and the wind of the storm agitates the mixture causing the polymer to absorb the rain. This reaction forms a gelatinous substance which precipitate to the surface below. Thus, diminishing the clouds ability to rain.
The lack of provincial regulation worries Louis Bauman, south of Sundre, who’s been following cloud seeding since the government’s involvement in the 1970s. His brother Joseph, who has since passed away, fought with the government back in the late ’70s and early ’80s to stop the project.
