Snow in the U.S. - Is it Tainted with Chemicals?

When watching the video below, keep in mind some of the weather patents related to ice-nucleation and other Geoengineering operations. Patent US5360162 A, published in 1994:

A method for precipitating atmospheric water by means of multicomponent aerosols, including iodide based complex multicomponent aerosol compositions. The compositions comprise a solid mass formed by a compacted mixture of silver iodide and the iodides, iodates, and periodates of alkali metals, lead, copper, BARIUM ; AMMONIA, barium chromate, and selected oxidizers such as ammonium perchlorate, and fuels such as poly-p-phenylene, phenol formaldehyde resin, epoxide resin, and shellac and mixtures thereof. The compositions, upon burning, produce an aerosol effective to promote atmospheric water precipitation. (US Patent: http://www.google.ca/patents/US5360162 , Canada Patent: http://brevets-patents.ic.gc.ca/opic cipo/cpd/eng/patent/2069138/summary.html )

This leaves us some questions: What are the health and environmental effects of spraying such chemicals into our air? Should we not be opposing such actions, and lobbying our government? Why does Environment Canada keep on insisting that the lingering persistent contrails (white streaks) seen behind certain high-altitude jets are simply the product of water vapour? Should we not be testing for the presence of such chemicals in our rain and snow? The only way to determine the presence of chemical aerosol agents is to test such samples of snow / rain in a lab. By reading the weather patents, we can determine what it is that we are searching for.

Where are barium compounds being purchased before they are disbursed into our air?

Weather Being Manipulated for Snow - Is Egypt a Parallel to China?

Recently, in the U.S. alone, snow has been reported unusually falling in areas such as Texas and other States that do not normally receive snowfall. Over 2000 cold and snow records were set in the USA this past week. Now, we are seeing unusual snow fall in the Middle East, in areas such as Egypt, Jerusalem, Syria, and others. We are told by the mainstream regurgitated media that this snowfall in Egypt has not been seen in over 100 years, with no details for that historically significant event. With weather modification being around since the 1950's, and even more sophisticated now, with unprecedented environmental and health problems, we learn that these type of events are not so new. Let us not forget the freezing ice-nucleation patents dating back to the 1970's, and laser (EMF) technology, capable of inducing rain or snow in warmer temperature than ever before.

Does the Chinese Communist government come out clean regarding weather modification programs, while the U.S. government, including their Air Force-controlled areas in the Middle East hide their doings? Recall that in 2005, the snow-melting agent used in China was responsible for killing 10,000 trees in Beijing and decimating 200,000 square metres of grassland, the paper said, citing official statistics. In Nov 2009, it is reported from China Daily:

Weather is manipulated again for snow
By Wang Qian (China Daily) - Updated: 2009-11-11 08:14

Two children play with snow covering a car in Beijing November 10, 2009.
Four to 7 centimeters of snow is expected in the next four days with a
temperature drop of over 10 C.
Beijing's unusually heavy snow, which brought a traffic paralysis to the capital yesterday, again highlighted the controversial use of weather modification.

The snow fell amid lightning and thunder in the capital late Monday to early yesterday, making it the second snowfall in eight days.

"The occurrence was rather unusual for early November," said Sun Jisong, chief forecaster of the Beijing Meteorological Bureau.

An official from the capital weather modification office who refused to be identified told China Daily yesterday that the second snow in Beijing was also artificially induced but refused to reveal further information.

On Oct 31, the first snow in the capital city this winter was partly induced by 186 doses of silver iodide, a compound used in cloud seeding. More than 16 million tons of snow fell on the city, Zhang Qiang, director of the municipal weather modification office, said earlier.

Without advance notice, the weather manipulation led to another big mess yesterday in Beijing, with traffic and flight delays.

Beijing November 10, 2009
The snow brought traffic to a crawl in the morning rush hour. Municipal transport authorities used more than 6,000 tons of thawing agent to clear the roads to ease congestion.

The snow also caused a four-hour shutdown of the Beijing Capital International Airport, with nearly 200 flights cancelled.

Beijing's first artificially induced snow on Oct 31 also caused hundreds of flight delays and cancellations, triggering complaints from the public.

Data from the National Meteorological Center (NMC) suggested yesterday's snowfall in most downtown areas of the city exceeded 10 mm, the index for a snowstorm.

Haidian district in northwest Beijing recorded 18.5 mm of snowfall, the heaviest in the city, according to the NMC.

The NMC said on its website on Monday that the local weather departments are taking the opportunity to manipulate the weather with rain and snow induction, relieving the drought in the south and water shortage in the north.

With weather modification no longer a strange concept to most Chinese, some experts think that the governments and people depend too much on the weather control.

"No one can tell how much weather manipulation will change the sky. Past experiments showed that it can bring about 10 percent to 20 percent of additional rain or snow," Xiao Gang, professor from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics in the Chinese Academy of Sciences, told China Daily.

"We should not depend too much on artificial measures to get rain or snow, because there are too many uncertainties up in the sky," Xiao said.

Heavy snow also swept other parts of North China yesterday, causing air travel delays and highway closures.

Taiyuan airport in Shanxi province was closed yesterday morning, leaving almost 1,000 passengers stranded.

All highways in Shanxi were closed, officials from the provincial transport bureau said. They gave no timetable for reopening as the snow was predicted to last till tomorrow.

Transport authorities in Hebei province had reopened sections of the Beijing-Shenyang and Tangshan-Tianjin highways by noon yesterday. Six other highways are still closed as of yesterday.

He Lifu, chief forecaster of the NMC, said yesterday that in the coming three days heavy snow will hit Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Hebei and Shandong with the temperature drop of as much as 20 C.

Shijiazhuang Meteorological Bureau in Hebei province issued a yellow alert for snowstorm yesterday morning, predicting that the highest temperature will be minus 1 C.

The strong cold air has trapped thousands of travelers on the road or at the airport due to the frozen streets and heavy fog in many cities.

More than 10,000 passengers had to stay in the Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, which was shut down for more than 8 hours because of the dense fog. Another 200 flights were cancelled in Shanghai.

In another source, we are told:

The China Daily, citing an unnamed official, said the Beijing Weather Modification Office had artificially induced both storms by seeding clouds with chemicals, a practice that can increase precipitation by up to 20 per cent. The office refused to comment on the report when contacted by AFP. Yesterday, an official had said the storm was "natural". In 2005, the snow-melting agent was responsible for killing 10,000 trees in Beijing and decimating 200,000 square metres of grassland, the paper said, citing official statistics.

Got Hail? Freezing Nucleation Weather Patents and Plasma-induced Ice Multiplication

How do ice-nucleating agents sprayed into the atmosphere affect hail formation? Can NEXRAD radar generate plasma-induced ice formation in clouds, resulting in ice multiplication? All of this will be discussed in what follows, which is a deeper look into the unusually-large size of hailstones that are reported more and more recently.

The information provided from experimental results taken from Weather Patent # 3587966 (June 28, 1971), entitled Freezing Nucleation, is worth considering, especially when discussing ice formation in clouds. Forty years later, could the deliberate use or calibration of newer technology regarding ice-nucleating agents be causing larger hail stones to form and drop instantly, in a way to prevent smaller hail from damaging a wider area of commercial interest? Let us also keep in mind how changing atmospheric conditions (temperature, humidity, etc) can react with ice-nucleating agents causing unprecedented hail formation. We encourage the reader to draw their own conclusions on the relationship between hail storms and ice-nucleating agents. Weather Patent # 3587966 (June 28, 1971), entitled Freezing Nucleation, states:
The present invention relates to depositing ice and other hydrogen-bonding crystals from clouds and to freezing nucleants for causing deposition of ice from clouds.
A process of the invention is to provide more effective freezing nucleants to cause ice to separate from clouds.
Such nucleants are useful for cloud seeding in connection with artificial creation of rain, and also as controls for measurement of other nucleants in connection with precipitation of ice or freezing nucleation in cloud chambers.
These products having between 1 and 50 percent sodium chloride ion impregnated according to example I (washed and unwashed), gave massive ice at temperatures of about minus 10° C in an isothermal cloud chamber.
Other results are graded by the skilled‘operator on a judgement basis from 1 to 10, reserving the value of 10 for the best nucleant ever tested, ammoniated silver iodide, recognizing that a superior nucleant will form in a shorter time larger numbers of ice crystals in the viewing volume and also will form ice at a higher onset temperature than a poor nucleant.
The product of example 1, with a concentration of 20 percent sodium chloride (unwashed) formed massive ice at minus 8“ to minus 10° C and was given a rating of 6, this being one of the best material obtained by the techniques above set forth.
It is also worth mentioning a study that has been conducted, regarding laser-induced plasma cloud interaction and ice multiplication under cirrus cloud conditions:
Potential impacts of lightning-induced plasma on cloud ice formation and precipitation have been a subject of debate for decades. Here, we report on the interaction of laser-generated plasma channels with water and ice clouds observed in a large cloud simulation chamber. Under the conditions of a typical storm cloud, in which ice and supercooled water coexist, no direct influence of the plasma channels on ice formation or precipitation processes could be detected. Under conditions typical for thin cirrus ice clouds, however, the plasma channels induced a surprisingly strong effect of ice multiplication. Within a few minutes, the laser action led to a strong enhancement of the total ice particle number density in the chamber by up to a factor of 100, even though only a 10(-9) fraction of the chamber volume was exposed to the plasma channels. The newly formed ice particles quickly reduced the water vapor pressure to ice saturation, thereby increasing the cloud optical thickness by up to three orders of magnitude. A model relying on the complete vaporization of ice particles in the laser filament and the condensation of the resulting water vapor on plasma ions reproduces our experimental findings. This surprising effect might open new perspectives for remote sensing of water vapor and ice in the upper troposphere.
In another article from The Telegraph, we are told that, "Scientists are attempting to control the weather by using lasers to create clouds, induce rain and even trigger lightning. . . Their experiments have shown that intense pulses of light can cause ice to form and water to condense, leading to the formation of clouds." The question we must now ask ourselves is how do NEXRAD / Doppler radar (electromagnetic) emissions fit into all of this? The frequency used from HAARP matches the capability of NEXRAD (Doppler) radar, as in the creation of plasma in the atmosphere using 0 - 4 MHz. NEXRAD pulses between 0 - 12.4 MHz, placing the HAARP frequency and radar frequency on an overlapping spectrum. It has been found that radar is used to generate plasma from a place called SPEAR (in Norway) , and they are using radar as a 'heater' in the same spectrum that NEXRAD radar normally operates on, when not in pulse mode (2.7GHz - 3.0GHz). This proves that NEXRAD radar (Doppler stations) is capable of, and is currently being used to induce effects in the atmosphere -- not just observe it. Radar was also used to generate artificial plasma at the MIT research labs, using C-band and S-band, essentially the same bands that NEXRAD radar use. In other words, NEXRAD radar or Doppler stations have the functionality to act as small versions of HAARP or EISCAT, and to function as 'heaters' and plasma / lightning generators / weather modification devices. Watch this video by DutchSinse to learn more.

Keeping in mind the abilities of radar to generate plasma, we are brought back to the study (above) indicating that, "the plasma channels induced a surprisingly strong effect of ice multiplication. Within a few minutes, the laser action led to a strong enhancement of the total ice particle number density in the chamber by up to a factor of 100". Could this be a plausible explanation for the unusually large size of hail stones that have been reported more often, recently? Got hail?

Hail Storms: A Case for Anthropogenic Ice-Nucleation?

Hail Storms: A Case for Anthropogenic Ice-Nucleation ?

This is not the first time Wichita, KS has seen large hail coming down, the size of baseballs. It is also not the first time that NEXRAD has been influencing our weather patterns. On July 23, parts of Kansas got hit hard with large-sized hail. Residents described the hail event as happening very quickly, which started off as rain for five or-so minutes.

Although, we realize that hail can be a seldom-occurring natural weather event, it has become far more common after the 1960's, during the introduction of a weather modification patent for generating ice-nucleating crystals. Patent # 3,127,107 from 1964, entitled "Generation of Ice-Nucleating Crystals" states :

This invention pertains to the art of cloud seeding. It relates to a new process and a new device for generating crystals of ice-nucleating materials for introduction of the same into supercooled atmospheric clouds. The seeding of clouds, i.e. the introduction into super-cooled atmospheric clouds of materials which cause the formation of ice crystals in the clouds, has been practised for a number of years for the purpose of controlling or modifying weather conditions.

We realize that in many cases, this type of technology can be used for promoting rain, but does anybody stop to think what would happen if it was put into the wrong hands? Furthermore, how many times has this patent been tested in the sky, before generating the desired size for ice crystals. What are some possible consequences or outcomes when this experiment goes wrong?

ice nuclei - from the Institute for Atmospheric and Climate Science

Cloud-seeding has made more advancements up until today, by also using chemical agents which allow freezing water particles at higher temperatures. There are numerous patents, such as Patent # 3,545,677 entitled "Method of Cloud Seeding" (1970), which uses silver iodide (slightly toxic) in its methods. This patent goes into detail, describing what proportion of chemical agents should be used to form an ice nucleus of desired size. It states that, "The end result in all cases, however, is the precipitation of the silver iodide and the freezing of water to cause an ice nucleus." Patent # 3587966 from 1971, entitled Freezing Nucleation, tells us its invention "...relates to depositing ice and other hydrogen-bonding crystals from clouds and to freezing nucleants for causing deposition of ice from clouds. A process of the invention is to provide more effective freezing nucleants to cause ice to separate from clouds."

If there are individuals who are purposely (or by accident) mixing a certain amount of chemical agents causing large ice nuclei to grow, can you imagine the possibilities? Just imagine if this technology got into the wrong hands. We know that if we have the capability to suppress hail, we also have capability which can do the opposite.

Bacteria are particularly good at ice-nucleation, causing it to occur at temperatures as high as -2 °C. The fact that bacteria like P.syringae being able to nucleate ice crystals has been known for decades. P.syringae bacteria are well-known "catalysts" for ice formation. This is well-documented, mentioned  in the Journal of Bacteriology and weather modification publications dating back to 1989, just to name a few :

"Ice Nucleating Activity of Pseudomonas syringae and Erwinia herbicola", Journal of Bacteriology, 153: pp. 222-231.

Ward et al., (1989) "Preliminary Experimental Evaluation of Sonomax™ Snow Inducer, Pseudomonas syringae, as an Artificial Ice Nucleus for Weather Modification", J. Weather Mod., 21: pp. 9-13.

One contribution to the growing understanding of bacteria’s role in precipitation was recently presented at the American Society of Microbiology meeting. Alexander Michaud studied hailstones that fell on his Montana State University campus, and as reported by the BBC:

"He analysed the hailstones’ multi-layer structure, finding that while their outer layers had relatively few bacteria, the cores contained high concentrations. “You have a high concentration of ‘culturable’ bacteria in the centres, on the order of thousands per millilitre of meltwater,” he told the meeting."

ABC News also similarly reports that:

"Hail storms seem to arise out of nowhere, but US scientists have found that plant bacteria may be to blame. A Montana scientist collected some large hailstones measuring more than five centimetres in diameter after a June storm last year, froze them, and later analysed the water that melted away in layers. "Bacteria have been found within the embryo, the first part of a hailstone to develop," says Alexander Michaud of Montana State University, who presented the research at a meeting of microbiologists in New Orleans."

When we think of "chemtrails", cloud-seeding, or aerosols used for Geoengineering, how many of us think of bacterial agents? The mainstream media relates hail formation to the P.syringae bacteria without mentioning a single word on weather modification or cloud-seeding that uses these biological agents for precipitation. The bacteria is also used for artificial snow-making in ski hill resorts. Although some may attribute our climate to naturally-occurring bacteria in the atmosphere, we must also take into consideration weather modification patents that are using these bacterial strains in massive cloud-seeding operations. One such patent is US # 5223412, entitled "Cell-free and whole cell ice-nucleators and process for their production" :

Microbially-produced ice nucleator mixtures which include either cell-free ice nucleator particle mixtures and/or whole cell ice nucleator mixtures. These mixtures are produced in methods which comprises culturing a selected microorganism in a two step process at a first temperature in a first step and at a lower temperature in a second step. The microorganisms include Erwinia, Pseudomonas and Escherichia coil. These methods produce ice nucleator mixtures having increased concentrations of ice nucleating sites per given weight or volume of ice nucleator material.

P.syringae, along with other strains, is also mentioned in the whole of the text. In another weather patent # 5,223,412, take note of the bold font:

"U.S. Pat. No. 4,464,473 describes isolation of DNA segments encoding for substances having ice nucleation activity (INA). The DNA is isolated from organisms known to provide for ice nucleation such as various species of Pseudomonas including syringe, coronafaciens, pisi, tabaci or fluorescens. Xanthomonas, such as translucens or Erwinia, such as herbicola can also be employed. The host is then transformed with the DNA and the substances having ice nucleation activity expressed by the host microorganism. According to the disclosure, organisms which have a wide variety of ecological niches can be modified so as to provide for ice nucleation activity in new environments and/or with higher efficiency."

We must also take into consideration the anthropogenic disease toll that these bacteria have on plants. An article from the University of Minnesota reports:
Cornwell University: A tomato plant leaf infected
with bacterial speck, the disease caused by P.syringae

Many foliage plants are susceptible to bacterial diseases, especially during gloomy winter months. Common symptoms include leaf spots, blights, and wilting. Different species of bacteria affect plants in different ways. Plant symptoms include tip burns, leaf spots, blights, rots, wilts, or the total collapse of plant tissues. The most severe and devastating diseases of foliage plants are caused by bacteria belonging to the genera Erwinia, Xanthomonas and Pseudomonas.

You can read more about disease caused by Pseudomonas syringae here, or Erwinia here. To read more about bacterial plant disease, you can refer to the Cornell University Department of Plant Pathology ,

We must ask ourselves, how much bacteria is being spewed into the atmosphere artificially by humans? And what is its relation to hail and ice-nucleating crystals in the atmosphere? Is the weather modification (cloud-seeding) technology in the hands of righteous individuals? Could this be a case for anthropogenic undesired ice-nucleation (i.e. hail) and anthropogenic plant disease?

When our team heard about the large hail received in Wichita, we analysed the NEXRAD radar in this area immediately, which can be seen here. The radar, however, is from July 24th (one day after the hail storm). From both radar videos, we can clearly see the radar begins pulsing intensely, and an electromagnetic blast is emitted from the stations between 2:00 and 3:00 pm (CDT). We also see tapered storm systems being generated by these NEXRAD stations. Power outages were reported for 100,000 people in neighbouring Oklahoma, and also near Wichita, KS in Sedgwick county.

Speaking of electromagnetism, there is also technology which uses electromagnetism to produce negatively charged ions for cloud generation or ice-nucleation
