Was Japan Earthquake Caused by an Atmospheric NEXRAD-like Device?

Infrared emissions above the epicenter increased dramatically in the days before the devastating earthquake in Japan, say scientists.

Geologists have long puzzled over anecdotal reports of strange atmospheric phenomena in the days before big earthquakes.

Last year, we looked at some fascinating data from the DEMETER spacecraft showing a significant increase in ultra-low frequency radio signals before the magnitude 7 Haiti earthquake in January 2010.

They say that before the M9 earthquake, the total electron content of the ionosphere increased dramatically over the epicentre, reaching a maximum three days before the quake struck.

At the same time, satellite observations showed a big increase in infrared emissions from above the epicentre, which peaked in the hours before the quake. In other words, the atmosphere was heating up.

For the first time ever, we are now able to see how the nation's weather develops near active NEXRAD sites. In the video. each dot representations a NEXRAD Doppler site, capable of emitting over 700,000 watts of microwave energy in each pulse. We can clearly see developing weather systems being affected in areas within close proximity to these NEXRAD sites. With large receiver and transmitter capacity, these devices can act like local HAARP stations. Weather patents and research for climate engineering supports this theory (see below).

We believe that these devices are using electromagnetic forces to actively alter moisture flux divergence patterns, synoptic fronts, upper air surroundings, the jet stream, and other naturally-occurring weather patterns. This may also be further achieved through the deployment of metallic aerosols sprayed with jets, and power plant aerosol emissions creating excessive moisture from the ground.

The second NEXRAD map used (with red dots) is nearly accurate, with the exception of some of the far north eastern states. We tried our best to overlay the map accurately within another layer:

Large Microwave Pulse produces TWO tropical storms in Asia within 48 hours

On October 18, 2013 — we witnessed a large microwave pulse over the West Pacific (showing up on the microwave background imagry from CIMSS). On top of Typhoon Francisco, on top of Tropical Depression TWENTY SEVEN,  today, October 20th, we now have Tropical Depression TWENTY EIGHT.  A newly formed storm inside the microwave pulsed area from October 18th, 2013. 

Could this electromagnetic energy be coming from satellite, ship, or docking stations out at sea, using transmitter antennas?

Two storms, inside the pulse, within 48 hours.

Atlantic Storm Being Climate Engineered with Aerosols & NEXRAD

We suspect storm-enhancing aerosol chemical agents being sprayed, along with NEXRAD electromagnetic re-directing of the moisture-collected aerosols. Above: Original image here. Deja vu -- It looks like Kansas is being fed more rain and storms to drought-stricken areas, in exchange for moisture diverted from other areas, such as drought-struck Mexico and south California's tropospheric river. This is all done with the help of NEXRAD and other devices used for Geoengineering. We see this Kansas storm being generated again-and-again, but why aren't officials discussing this large-scale weather modification program in the U.S.? Are they worried the public might revolt if they know what their tax dollars are being used for? How many times will it take for them to divert Mother Nature's water cycle to get it right? Perhaps fighting a drought is like putting out a fire with water, except with a little too much water to cause flooding.

Severe Weather in Roosevelt County, MT Caused By NEXRAD Station at Glasgow, MT (KGGW)

Tornado warnings were issued for Roosevelt, MT yesterday. We see this storm was generated precisely at the NEXRAD Station in Glasgow, MT (KGGW). We can see a tapering plume originate just east of the station, and this is consistent with the satellite image. This is the same storm that entered into Roosevelt County, MT.

We believe that the NEXRAD station is moving this storm system east using electromagnetism, because we can clearly see the wind is moving south. Also, we can see from the NEXRAD radar the ripples which are moving south, yet this storm is generated and made to move east. Please read this developing story here.
