The Telegraph: Weather Could be Controlled Using Lasers i.e. Electromagnetic Waves

The Telegraph put out an article stating that, "Scientists are attempting to control the weather by using lasers to create clouds, induce rain and even trigger lightning." It further states:

Experts from around the world are to gather at the World Meteorological Organisation next month to discuss how powerful laser pulses can be used to generate changes in the atmosphere that influence the weather. . . Their experiments have shown that intense pulses of light can cause ice to form and water to condense, leading to the formation of clouds.

However, we believe that lasers, or specific bands of electromagnetic frequencies, have already been in use for quite some time now, and have been affecting our weather on a daily basis. This is perhaps the reason why we are seeing NEXRAD / Doppler radar, causing strange weather anomalies, affecting our weather drastically. The question we must ask ourselves is, should we trust in whose hands this technology lies? More importantly, what are the long-term environmental effects of electromagnetic weather-modification, and its negative implications? How will this change natural weather cycles and formations, and what consequences will it have? And for the bird-watchers, do we really want more dead birds falling from the sky, as a result of increased electromagnetic (i.e. laser) emissions in the atmosphere? Also, should we deem this to be beneficial for our honey-making bees and their colony collapse? Should we really be zapping our skies, all in the name of corporate-corrupted science and weather-perverts? Aren't are skies already enough polluted with EMF emissions? Do we really need more artificial electromagnetic radiation that is clearly not good for human health?

MP Alex Atamanenko Presents “Aerial Spraying” Petition To Parliament

Alex Atamanenko, MP for British Columbia Southern Interior, BC. Has submitted an aerial spraying petition to parliament, which has been debated twice.

October 18 2013:
"Mr. Speaker, the second petition, with over 800 names, deals with an issue that many of us have seen or heard about. It is called chemtrails. Petitioners say there is aerial spraying being carried out without the knowledge or consent of the people in Canada. They want the government to fully inform the people of Canada about this aerial activity occurring high in our skies, to explain why it is being allowed to take place and to cease this activity. Most of these names come from the communities of Barrie, Calgary and Ottawa." [Source: openparliament.ca]

October 21 2013:
"Mr. Speaker, I have well over 1,000 names of petitioners from the Slocan Valley, Grand Forks and Nelson in my riding as well as other parts of B.C., Ontario, Manitoba, Quebec and Alberta, who are concerned about what they call aerial spraying or chemtrails. They say that aerial spraying is being carried out by aerial entities at high altitudes that create long-lasting plumes. They do not act as traditional aircraft condensation trails. This is being carried out without the knowledge of the people of Canada.

The petitioners call upon the government to fully inform the people of Canada about this aerial activity occurring at high skies and to explain why it is taking place and also to cease this activity forthwith."

Arizona Drought - Weather Modification - the Jelly Connection

In early February (2013), a purple jelly-like substance was discovered in a desert area of Arizona, U.S. These purple spheres made the news headlines. It is quite humorous how the media (tell-lie-vision) explained this substance as being a possible type of slime mold or jelly fungus growing in the middle of a desert. Now try and tell that to a mycologist. Do officials really think that the public is that dumb? There are now several other recent explanations, from floral décor to toy gun ammo, which can absorb moisture. However, the media (or its script-writers) have yet to admit to another possibility, in which the patent can be searched here:

Patent # 6315213 - November 13, 2001 - A method for artificially modifying the weather by seeding rain clouds of a storm with suitable cross-linked aqueous polymer. The polymer is dispersed into the cloud and the wind of the storm agitates the mixture causing the polymer to absorb the rain. This reaction forms a gelatinous substance which precipitate to the surface below. Thus, diminishing the clouds ability to rain.

A similar story was covered by BBC, with a similar incident occurring around the same time in Bournemouth, UK: "Steve Hornsby, from Bournemouth, reported that the 3 cm diameter balls came raining down last Thursday during a hailstorm." One weather office reported that these spheres were not meteorological in origin, yet they should probably study the government's weather modification patents, contributed by such prominent scientists.

If this is in fact substance left by cloud seeding operations, we must ask ourselves why would the government be using this weather patent for drought in Arizona, which clearly needs rain? Once we become aware of the massive scale of Geoengineering that has been ongoing since the late 1900's, perhaps we can see what is really changing our climate. While government officials and media distort the truth by telling people our weather change is due to "global warming", while keeping silent about active Geoengineering, do they think that the public will fall for this lie? Are the elites wanting to convince people that we need Geoengineering and massive chemical-laced aerosol campaigns to save the earth, while ignoring the fact of what these operations have already done to our planet? What are your thoughts? I have seen our weather systems in Southern Alberta many times being driven south into the states. I have also noticed strange weather systems coming in from Oregon and Washington.

Today here in Central Wisconsin they laid down some of the heaviest amounts of aerosols I've have witnessed in a long time. This was and epic amount of chem trails. There about to shift the weather patterns in a major way. You just watch. They don't run 40 flights and hour over these part ever. Today I just watched and counted plane after plane spraying their metallic filth. ;(

i really like the way you wrote this...i live in rural upstate ny east on vt boarder..we are not in any direct flight path...any given time i can hear the roaring of the aircraft...but we have not seen the sky in days...just the chem clouds..

that show the weather channel put out...really irked me...so i went digging into who owns it...really did not surprise me...but a private war machine..called blackmore owns a large portion...ge? go figure! ...a private ex banker...Morrissette/Quebec..N­BC = GE ...Bain capital ...weather channel....propaganda big time....
 

Chem-clouds

It started off as two horizontal aerosol trails left behind by special geo engineering aircraft. I watched those trails expand, and the wind dispersing them slowly but swiftly. Within 15 minutes, I saw clouds form out of these chemical trails. I will now refer to them as chem clouds.

This chem cloud is then heading east, growing as it picks up more aerosol mass, and its edges becoming more linear. It wont affect us since it will end up east of calgary, but next time you see a straight-edged cloud coming from the west, re-think: is this a chem cloud that has picked up moisture, or one that was intended by nature without designated aerosol-spraying aircraft?
