The worlds strongest storm in recorded history, Typhoon Haiyan (also named Yolanda), claimed to have sustained winds reaching 195mph — gusts up to 235mph. This massive storm originally began its rotation out of a microwave anomaly in the West Pacific. Some investigators believe that the U.S. Department of Defense may have used the X-Band Radar (SBX-1) to trigger the cyclone that developed into this massive storm. This video discusses the findings, and geographic origin of the microwave pulse. Please watch WeatherWar101 and DutchSinse on YouTube, for details on the manufacturing of Typhoon Haiyan.
Regarding the affiliation between Monsantos and weather modification programs, do you find it odd that exactly one year before Typhoon Haiyan, the 9th National Organic Agriculture Congress proposed to completely ban GMOs on Nov 6-8, 2012? More recently, three months before this storm, a group of 400 farmers in the Philippines stormed a field at a government research facility in Pili, destroying roughly 10 football fields’ worth of the GMO test crop. With regards to the superpowers' navy and directed-energy weaponry, we find this storm to be triggered exactly one month after China was debating with Philippines in who owns the South China Sea oil reserves.
We also take note of intense anti-government clashes between Philippine's military and other groups in the Philippines (Abu Sayyaf, Communist Party, etc), some of which the U.S. government and its allies are also trying to control. Furthermore, anti-military groups in the Philippines express their statements against the US invasion of Syria and US access of military bases present in the Philippines. All of this was occurring just months before Haiyan hit. All too timely, isn't it ? And now we see the U.S. taking military advantage of an area that has not been occupied by them for a long time, all in the name of humanitarian efforts.
We must ask ourselves: if the U.S. government was truly interested in helping sufferers of these catastrophes, where was their aid during the tsunami that struck Indonesia (including India, Sri Lanka, and Thailand) in 2004, resulting in over 200,000 casualties? Although numerous countries provided funds for relief and assistance, the UN criticised both the US and Europe for providing inadequate resources.
Was Super Typhoon Engineered For Maximum Drama At Warsaw Climate Talks?
The Philippines is an archipelago of more than 7,000 islands. Those that were severely eroded will be held up by the eco-terrorists as an example of sea level rise and global warming just as the Warsaw meeting gets under way. Hurricane Sandy has become the meteorological version of 9/11 terror in the US and is mentioned in connection with climate change at every opportunity. The tragedy in the Philippines is the PR intended to push the Warsaw climate meeting into profitable talks for the perpetrators. [Source: Aircrap.org]
Philippine Typhoon Showcases U.S. Strategic Edge Over China
It is more than a little ghoulish to look at a [geoengineered] tragedy that may have killed 10,000 people and see a strategic opportunity. But that’s how strategists have to think. After all, what is war itself but human tragedy exploited for strategic advantage? And that’s how we need to think about what’s happening in the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan, where US Marines are already on the ground. Meanwhile, China’s main actions in the region the last few years have simply antagonized its Western Pacific neighbours with aggressive naval manoeuvres and extravagant territorial claims to disputed islands. U.S. Taking Military Advantage of Tragedy
A USA Today columnist has proposed using the U.S. military to aid those suffering in the Philippines, as a backdoor means of getting the U.S. military back into a larger occupation of the Philippines. While the Philippines’ representative at the climate talks in Warsaw is fasting in protest of international inaction on the destruction of the earth’s climate, and the U.S. negotiator has effectively told him to go jump in a typhoon, the discussion in the U.S. media is of the supposed military benefits of using Filipinos’ suffering as an excuse to militarize their country. The author of the USA Today column makes no mention of the U.S. military’s history in the Philippines. This was, after all, the site of the first major modern U.S. war of foreign occupation, marked by long duration, and high, one-sided casualties. As in Iraq, some 4,000 U.S. troops died in the effort, but most of them from disease. The Philippines lost some 1.5 million men, women, and children out of a population of 6 to 7 million. In another video, we are given some more interesting details. Is there a war amidst this disaster, as many countries are sending military troops, including Japan, that claimed to have sent snipers and combat troops instead of medical aid to the Philippines? The Abu Sayyaf (group) and other rebels, or as some might say, Philippine's freedom-fighters, have been resisting U.S. forces and government in the Philippines for quite some time now. As an example, the 5,000-strong armed wing of the Communist Party of the Philippines has been fighting the central government since the 1960s. Propaganda by The New York Times, just two months before this storm hit, tells us, "Two small, ultra-violent rebel groups joined forces to fight government troops Thursday in the southern Philippines, in a clash that occurred on an island adjacent to the city where several hundred rebels are in a stand-off with the Philippine military."
The speaker of the video also suggests that the manufacturing of this typhoon disaster is being used as a means for super-power governments to get at members of Abu Sayyaf and other anti-government fighters (New People's Army, Communist Party, etc). Ironically, Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) hit the Philippines on roughly Nov 11th, and just shortly afterwards, an article was released regarding a suspected member of Abu Sayyaf being arrested. In another article from July 2013, we are told that Sali Basal Taib (from Abu Sayyaf) was arrested for charges relating to kidnapping a worker at Golden Harvest Plantation in Lantawan town (in 2001). Why would members of Abu Sayyaf be kidnapping plantation workers of Golden Harvest? Could this have anything to do with resisting the corporate (and GMO) takeover of their country, rather than propaganda suggesting that they are simply rebels, with no real explanation of the intention behind their doings? What are we not being told about rebel groups and what they are really against? We speak more about the topic of GMO towards the end of this article. However, keep in mind that the central Philippine islands were the hardest hit by Haiyan, and are among the areas where the New People’s Army operates (Source).
Keep in mind that Pearl Harbour was the 911 of WW2 – a false-flag event calculated to bring about the changes desired by those instigating events in the world. Typhoon Yolanda was created by pumping microwave energy into a weather system, and directing the manufactured typhoon to target, just as the Japanese were manoeuvred to attack in 1941. Yolanda was brought ashore in the exact same location (Leyte) General MacArthur chose when he famously returned to the Philippines in 1944. It is no irony. The words ‘disaster prevention’ are becoming a much-used phrase, and imply the re-imposition of power over the world’s poorer peoples by the elites. Their agenda is never beneficial to the poorer section of the world, but always exploitative, if not downright destructive. The Philippines is a key target. Typhoons, tsunamis and earthquakes are their new game, the modern weapons, where fighter planes were once the tools of their trade. Nothing has changed. Power over humanity is their aim, as they manipulate death and destruction, hiding in the shadows [Source].
South China Sea Disputes
Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) is one of the first storms of its kind to hit land in the Philippines. And yet it occurs so timely, just a month after reports of Superpower China battling with Philippines in who owns the South China Sea, which potentially sits on vast oil reserves of black gold that man blindly loves. It is also reported from some sources that China told U.S., Japan, and Australia to stay out of the debate. Read more about the issue here.
Directed Energy Weapons and Geoengineering
Meanwhile, let us not forget all the test phases of geoengineered storms that took place in this area and other regions over the world's oceans, using storm-enhancing aerosols emitted from military-controlled jets. Also, keep in mind the directed-energy weaponry designed by the armies that blindly take orders and claim to protect us. If the U.S. Navy (and others) ships are equipped with laser beams that can precisely shoot down a drone, and high-power microwave weapons, can you imagine what they are capable of stirring up in terms of weather phenomenon in the middle of the ocean? And that is not even considering satellites and space weapons, the so-claimed space exploration expeditions, which are hidden from the eyes of men. For more on weather modification via frequency / high power lasers, watch this video which aired on CBS news, featuring Michio Kaku, followed by a commentary on weather modification by Dutchsinse. Furthermore, the Weather Channel has covered this in more detail, regarding microwaves capable of drastically altering our weather. We provide the abstract from a 1987 U.S. patent, entitled, Method and apparatus for altering a region in the earth's atmosphere:
A method and apparatus for altering at least one selected region which normally exists above the earth's surface. The region is excited by electron cyclotron resonance heating to thereby increase its charged particle density. In one embodiment, circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation is transmitted upward in a direction substantially parallel to and along a field line which extends through the region of plasma to be altered. The radiation is transmitted at a frequency which excites electron cyclotron resonance to heat and accelerate the charged particles. This increase in energy can cause ionization of neutral particles which are then absorbed as part of the region thereby increasing the charged particle density of the region. One device which is capable of transmitting such electromagnetic radiation into the atmosphere is called the X-Band Radar (SBX-1) platform:
The SBX-1 was built for one purpose – weather modification which was revealed in the U.S. Air Force report titled “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025” (link is to pdf file on U.S. Air Force website). The HAARP SBX-1 sea-based platform complies with a directive from the chief of staff of the U.S. Air Force to build upon weather modifying concepts, capabilities, and technologies that the United States can use to remain the dominant air and space force in the future. Presented on 17 June 1996, this report was produced in the Department of Defense school environment of academic freedom and in the interest of advancing weather modifying weaponry related to national defense and geopolitical purposes. The U.S. weather weapon of mass destruction system called HAARP has been fully operational since Hurricane Katrina – 30 years ahead of schedule [Source].
April, 2013 - Pentagon reporters pressed Department of Defense spokesman George Little yesterday about the deployment of several Navy assets in the Pacific. He received especially hard questioning about the movements of the sea-based X-Band radar, called "the Golf Ball" by some. The advanced ballistic missile tracking radar has moved to sea from its normal berth in Hawaii [Source].It is also interesting to hear what Benjamin Fulford had to say about Japan's recent earthquake, regarding man-made catastrophes. He stated that, "Last year I confronted the former Japanese Finance Minister over [handing over] control of the Japanese Finance System to a group of American and European Oligarchs. He and his envoy told me that [this was] because Japan has been threatened by an earthquake machine..." To learn more about this, please watch here.
History of Typhoon Modification
The tampering with typhoons is nothing new, and has been ongoing since the 1950's. One such early example is Project Cirrus (1947), which was the first attempt by the US military to modify a hurricane. Cloud seeding was done by an air-plane that flew by the rain-bands of a hurricane, and dropped crushed dry ice into the clouds. The hurricane changed its track after the seeding, prompting lawsuit threats from those that were eventually affected. Another example is Project Stormfury (1962), a project led by the US government that lasted for 20 years. The project used cloud-seeding strategies to modify the inner structure of hurricanes. There are numerous other projects that have been carried forward up until this day, many of which are classified and unreported. One can only begin to imagine how much the military and governments have advanced in modifying these types of storms, not only using aerosol dumps, but also electromagnetic methods. If lasers or electromagnetic waves from Doppler radar can alter our weather, should we be surprised by other similar facts?
Philippines Against U.S. Invasions
Two months before Haiyan hit, we are told by Bagong Alyansang Makabayan, that Bayan joined global action against the US war on Syria, and calling on Aquino to denounce US intervention. Bayan is an alliance of leftist militant organizations in the Philippines and the electoral front of the Communist Party of the Philippines. We are told:
“Bayan stands with the rest of the world in opposing the Obama regime’s planned air strike on Syria. It is a blatant violation of international law. It is a violation of the sovereignty of one country. It is also a clear threat to the Filipinos working in Syria and to the thousands of Filipinos working in the Middle East,” said Bayan secretary general Renato M. Reyes, Jr.
“The Philippine government under Benigno Aquino III should now break its silence on the matter. For the sake of the Filipinos in Syria and the Middle East, and in accordance with our obligations under International Law, the Philippine government must add its voice to the growing opposition against the impending US air strike,” Reyes said.
Bayan believes that the Aquino government remains supportive of the US thrusts worldwide including a strategic pivot to Asia which would bring more US troops and ships to the Philippines. However, the group cautioned that stationing US troops in the Philippines, in a time when the US is engaged in wars abroad, makes the Philippines complicit and supportive of US military intervention.
“The US war in Syria, and the US pivot in Asia, are all part of US imperialism’s agenda to dominate the world militarily, politically and economically. It is borne out of the desperate need to overcome an ever-deepening economic crisis. The US wants to control more regions and more resources and is prepared to go to war just so they can advance this agenda,” Reyes said.In September 2013, we are also told why Obama's planned strike on Syria is not in the Philippines' national interest. Here are some excerpts from the privileged speech delivered by Akbayan party-list Rep. Walden Bello at the House of Representatives of the Philippines, arguing against the US planned attack on Syria:
Mr. Speaker, a unilateral strike against Syria now will have the same illegal character as the US invasion of Iraq in 2003 under the Bush administration, an act that was not sanctioned by the United Nations. Then Senator Obama saw the invasion of Iraq as an illegal act. Yet, here he is, in 2013, using the same rhetoric and methods of George W. Bush, determined to engage in illegal action against Syria.
First of all, as a responsible member of the international community, the Philippine government must add its voice to the multitudinous official voices that have expressed opposition to the planned US strike. Not only must President Aquino not repeat what his predecessor, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, did with respect to Iraq, which was to join George W. Bush’s notorious “Coalition of the Willing.” He must forcefully register our country’s opposition to Mr. Obama’s dangerous plan, and here he can take a cue from the British Parliament, which has repudiated Prime Minister Cameron’s effort to drag Britain behind the American strike.
In conclusion, Mr. Speaker, dear colleagues, a US military strike against Syria is not in the interest of the Syrian people. It is not in the interest of peace in the Middle East. It is not in the interest of the Philippines. The Aquino administration must aggressively assert its opposition to such a regionally and globally destabilizing action, even as it rethinks its strategy of inviting a greater US military presence in this country.
The UNAC (The United National Anti-War Coalition) even issued a statement of opposition to military base access talks between US and the Philippine government (back in August, 2013), declaring to ban the bases and send U.S. troops out of the Philippines and Asia-Pacific region. Here are some of the statements made:
The US military pivot to Asia Pacific runs counter to the interests of the people in the region. Under the guise of fighting the “war on terror” and “war on drugs,” the real objective of the US pivot is to further expand and consolidate its hegemony in order to maintain its global economic, geopolitical and military supremacy in the midst of persistent financial crisis and economic decline. US imperialism aims to ensure and perpetuate US control over markets, strategic resources and communications and transport lines in the Asia Pacific region, at the expense of the vast majority—the 99%–who will only experience a deterioration of their livelihoods. Americans, too, bear the cost of US militarism in the Philippines and the entire region, as billions of dollars continue to be poured into the military industrial complex and siphoned away from fundamental public services.
The US is opportunistically exploiting territorial disputes between the Philippines and China to justify its expansion and subdue its critics. Contrary to its claim of safeguarding and promoting regional stability as well as assisting the Philippine military with modernizing and enhancing its defence capability, the US pivot will feed further instability and conflict within the Philippines as well as between and among the Philippines and other countries as US imperialism employs the divide-and-rule strategy.
US aggression and intervention in the Philippines is made possible by the willing collaboration of the government of President Benigno Aquino III and members of the ruling elite who have vested political and economic interests tied to US economic, geopolitical and corporate interests. When pressed by members of the concerned public to be transparent about the basic details of the agreement, Aquino’s chief negotiators remained silent or gave vague descriptions at best. Already-existing military agreements between the US and the Philippines such as the Visiting Forces Agreement are considered unconstitutional, portending a similar shredding of Philippine sovereignty by the new agreement with the full acquiescence of the Aquino administration. If there was a deliberate means of geoengineering the storm that hit the Philippines, could this fuel as another reason why the U.S. government or its allies would do such a thing?
The People of Philippines vs Monsanto
Keeping in mind the affiliation between weather modification programs and Monsanto, it is also interesting to note from one writer for Greenpeace, that exactly one year from the time of this storm, a very significant agricultural event was occurring in the Philippines:
This was what I believed was the overarching message of this year’s 9th National Organic Agriculture Congress held in Madaue City, in Cebu last Nov 6-8. With the theme “Food Security and Business Opportunity”, I wanted to believe that the “business opportunity” discussed here is more favourable to the small farmers than the big traders and multinationals. The small farmers after all are at the core of the Philippine agricultural landscape. . .
Among the approved resolutions were: the wider promotion of the OA Act and its Implementing Rules; a call to the DILG to ensure that Technical Committees are organized in all LGUs; strong support be given to small and marginal farmers and fisher-folks including agrarian reform beneficiaries in terms of production, processing and marketing; more investment by government in equipment and facilities; establishment of organic markets in Metro Manila and other regional centers; for BSWM to increase commercialization of organic agricultural inputs and other methods of soil nutrition enhancement; for the AMAS to up-scale organic market by giving benefits to producers and consumers; to include other forms of guaranty systems more appropriate and accessible to farmers like the Participatory Guarantee System . . .
The most debated resolution which took almost two hours to resolve was on GMOs. The approved resolution stated, “That a GMO- FREE country policy be continuously pushed and advocated knowing that the use of GMO goes against the OAA and that a moratorium in the field testing of GMOs should be implemented and a body formed to investigate the impact of GMO in the country”. I actively participated in the discussion of this topic and so with other pro and con GMO participants. Although one former DA official wanted to stress that GMO and Organic Agriculture can co-exist, the voting showed that the over 1,800 participants in that congress believed it isn’t so. When the votes were taken, there was overwhelming support, with no objection, and only two abstained.
Furthermore, on August 8, 2013, anti-GMO rioters destroyed a Philippine government field trial of Golden Rice (GR), which can be seen in this video. Perhaps much of this GMO frustration could be linked to what the Philippines has been experiencing with regards to genetically-modified rice. In another article (June 2011) from GMWatch.org, it is noted that:
Other rice-producing nations such as the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia are being targeted by GMO promoters as "guinea pigs" for experimental - and risky - GE crops, Greenpeace said. In 2007, Greenpeace recalled that tons of GMO-contaminated rice from Bayer was shipped undetected to the country from the United States. The said rice was sold and distributed in the Philippines, despite the fact that it was unapproved and illegal for human consumption.
In The Diplomat, three months before Haiyan hit, we are also told:
Unhappy with the prospect of essentially being force-fed genetically modified Golden Rice . . . a group of 400 farmers in the Philippines recently stormed a field at a government research facility in Pili, in the province of Camarines Sur, and destroyed roughly 10 football fields’ (1,000 square meters) worth of the test crop.
It appears that the war between corporations and rebel groups has been an ongoing issue in the Philippines. Recall earlier in the article, the discussion about rebels kidnapping Golden Harvest Plantation workers. Could this have anything to do with the corporate takeover of Philippines' agriculture, and the fact that Syngenta owns 90% of Golden Harvest, as of 2004? The business report can be read here. What are we not being told about rebel groups and what they are really against?
Intentional Damage Caused in the Philippines
Looking at the areas that were affected and damaged by the typhoon, it is interesting to note that most American corporate sites were left untouched. Upon doing a search in Google Maps for Shell, Monsanto, Nestle, Syngenta (European) and other corporations, one will find them mostly out of the storm's destructive path. If this storm was geoengineered, it appears that its intended path left Monsanto, Syngenta, Shell, and numerous other corporate sites on both ends of the Philippines untouched, while battering through the centre of the country and its islands. More importantly, keep in mind that the central Philippine islands were the hardest hit by Haiyan, and these central islands are among the areas where the New People’s Army operates (Source).
The steering of this supposedly-geoengineered storm left most American corporations at each end of the Philippines untouched |
Is it not time to put an end to weather modification, gene modification, and all those corporations that put the species of today's lifeforms at risk of becoming extinct? We need to end the perverted science that has created more problems that it has solved. We need to stop corporations from meddling with Mother Nature, and in creating harmful solutions that do not work in harmony with nature. We are the people, who easily out-number corporate elitists. We must combine our goodly prayers invoked unto the Mighty and Exalted Creator, and work within our power to resist these evil forces.
