Moisture From Storm Sonia Being Driven into U.S.

Nov 4/13 - Moisture from Mexico's storm Sonia is being driven into the U.S. via the NEXRAD network, starting with Texas. One question remains however: did Storm Sonia develop by herself, or was she assisted and climate-engineered off the Pacific coast (i.e. near Hawaii) using aerosols that are commonly deployed in those areas?

The pictures below show the sequence of storm development, and how the clouds are driven into the States through Texas' NEXRAD sites. Also note NEXRAD stations in the Eastern states pulsing to either attract or repel clouds / moisture.
