A high pressure zone appears just south west of Utah, moves its way towards Cedar City, UT (KICX Nexrad tower), and then heads north towards Salt Lake City, UT (KMTX Nexrad tower). Certain types of radar, especially C-Band radar, can weaken or strengthen a tornado. But this can also depend on atmospheric conditions, radar emission strength, cyclone strength, etc.
