Guess What China did Prior to COVID-19 "Outbreak" ?

A new law that was conveniently passed in China on June 29, 2019, a few months before Event 201 and the coronavirus outbreak, mandated obligatory vaccination for all citizens of China. The government would also like to electronically track vaccine records, and it makes you wonder how Bill Gates will play into this. The law would take effect on December 1, 2019, after which cases of pneumonia (COVID-19) starting taking place. The question we must now ask ourselves is: what vaccines were reportedly being used before the spike of coronavirus cases? It seems awfully suspicious, but more research is needed. If you are not familiar with how viral agents (found in vaccines) can mimic the symptoms of a disease, mutate, and be detected in subsequent viral screening, it is recommended that you hear some lectures by Dr. Tent.

China: Strict Mandatory Vaccine Law Came Into Affect Just Weeks Before COVID-19 Outbreak

(Aug. 27, 2019) - On June 29, 2019, the National People’s Congress Standing Committee of the People’s Republic of China (PRC or China) adopted the PRC Law on Vaccine Administration (Vaccine Law). The official Xinhua news agency states that the Law provides for the “strictest” vaccine management with tough penalties ...

Before the passage of this 100-article Law, provisions governing vaccines were contained in the PRC Drug Administration Law, PRC Law on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, and a few relevant administrative regulations and rules.

The new Law provides for regulatory requirements for researching, producing, distributing, and using vaccines. Such requirements, according to one legal commentator, are much more stringent than those for other drugs (art. 2). It also contains a chapter specifying penalties for violating the Vaccine Law, which are also stricter than those for violating other drug laws (ch. 10). According to the Law, if any violation of this Law constitutes a crime, a “heavier punishment” within the range of punishments provided by the Criminal Law on the relevant crimes is to be imposed (art. 79).

The Law mandates the launching of a national vaccine electronic tracking platform that integrates tracking information throughout the whole process of vaccine production, distribution, and use to ensure all vaccine products can be tracked and verified (art. 10).

According to the Law, China is to implement a state immunization program, and residents living within the territory of China are legally obligated to be vaccinated with immunization program vaccines, which are provided by the government free of charge. Local governments and parents or other guardians of children must ensure that children be vaccinated with the immunization program vaccines (art. 6).

The Law establishes a compensation system for abnormal reactions to vaccination. A recipient of an immunization program vaccine who dies or suffers significant disability or organ and tissue damage is to be paid from the vaccination funds of the provincial level government if the damage falls within the scope of abnormal reactions associated with a vaccine or cannot be prevented (art. 56).

The Law will take effect on December 1, 2019 (art. 100).

Vaccine Hesitancy in China

What is interesting is that BMC Public Health (China's Social Capital Health) conducted a study in November 2019, titled Vaccine confidence in China after the Changsheng vaccine incident: a cross-sectional study: 

A majority of the respondents held negative attitudes towards vaccines after the Changsheng vaccine incident. A coordinated effort is required to restore public confidence in vaccines, especially in China, where a nationwide mandatory immunization policy is implemented. To end dissent towards inoculation, a series of actions is crucial and multiple parties should work together to advance efforts and explore the possibility of establishing an open and transparent regulatory system.

US Vaccine Companies Benefit from China's Purchases

You can be sure that the media will be used to restore the image of vaccine companies and government vaccine programs. There is another similar study on vaccine hesitancy in China, that can be read here.  

In Precision Vaccinations, we're told: 

‘China's vaccine market will have a rosy prospect.’ ... ‘The growing demand for vaccines comes with a large population base, the aging of the population, and more than 15 million newborns each year,’ said this press release...To meet this increased consumer demand, Chinese vaccine companies are now competing with foreign firms on new vaccines, such as the 13-valent pneumococcal vaccine and HPV vaccine.

Walvax Biotechnology's 13-valent pneumococcal vaccine has been applied for certification and is expected to be the first approved homemade vaccine of such kind in China...Also, Beijing Wantai Biological Pharmacy Enterprise's 2-valent HPV vaccine is expected to be the first approved homemade vaccine of its class in China. 

Pneumonia Vaccines Administered in January

Even more odd, is that during the US China trade war and tensions, China has chosen to use a US vaccine. It was reported on Jan 2, 2020 that: 

The National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has given the go-ahead for the launch of China's first self-developed 13-valent pneumonia vaccine [to be used for babies and children] ...  from the invasive pneumococcal disease caused by 13 serotypes...The only 13-valent pneumonia vaccine available in today's global market is manufactured by U.S. biopharmaceutical company Pfizer. In 2016, the product won approval to enter the Chinese market.

We are also told on Jan 2, 2020:

Pfizer’s Prevnar 13 and Merck & Co.’s HPV franchise Gardasil are the world’s best-selling vaccines, and China sales have been driving growth for both of them ... And the Pfizer product has been selling up a storm in China. After an approval in late 2016 and an official launch the next year, China soon injected new life into the Pfizer stalwart, sold as Prevenar 13 in the country ...A ccording to data from China’s National Institutes for Food and Drug Control—which is responsible for testing vaccine batches before release—about 8.7 million HPV shots were waved through in 2019 as of November.

COVID-19 Vaccine Trials Begin

Meanwhile, China starts trials for COVID-19 vaccine, actively funded by the medical military:

The trial is designed to enrol 108 volunteers aged 18-60 years who are residents of Wuhan... The experimental candidate is a recombination vaccine developed by biotechnology company CanSino Biologics in alliance with a research team from the PLA Academy of Military Medical Sciences ... Last week, CanSino Biologics received regulatory approval to conduct a Phase I trial of its recombinant novel coronavirus vaccine (adenovirus type 5 vector) candidate.  

COVID-19 is a respiratory virus which causes symptoms of pneumonia.

New Coronavirus Vaccines Can MODIFY our DNA

For the global elites, like Bill Gates, as if GMO foods wasn't enough, now they will be using DNA VACCINES in order to MODIFY our DNA. The method they chose was to inject PLASMIDS into our cells, using vaccines, whose research was funded by the military. Plasmids are also known to TAKE UP DNA, and they are also used for GENETIC MODIFICATION. They can also RECOMBINE with DNA. Would you really trust Big Pharma and the MILITARY to culture and inject viral plasmids into your cells? 


Gates Foundation, the same organization that was involved in Event 201 (the coronavirus drill prior to this so-called pandemic), funds and promotes vaccine development on all fronts. Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Pennsylvania, received $ 9 million from CEPI, the Gates-funded Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations, to develop a vaccine, INO-4800, whose human trials will begin in April, a period of time suspiciously short. As if that wasn't enough, the Gates Foundation has just given the company another $ 5 million to develop a proprietary 'smart' device for intradermal (skin) administration of the new vaccine. 

If you don't know what DNA vaccines are, here is some background:

DNA vaccines are third generation vaccines. They contain DNA that codes for specific proteins from a pathogen. The DNA is injected into the body and taken up by cells, whose normal metabolic processes synthesize proteins based on the genetic code in the plasmid that they have taken up.

Plasmid is defined as "a genetic structure in a cell that can replicate independently of the chromosomes, typically a small circular DNA strand in the cytoplasm of a bacterium or protozoan. Plasmids are much used in the laboratory manipulation of genes.

Plasmids can combine with pre-existing DNA to create recombinant DNA. 

Keep in mind that PLASMIDS act as VECTORS in horizontal GENE TRANSFER. They are used for GENETIC MODIFICATION. 

In a recent headline, we read, Inovio snags $5M Gates Foundation grant for COVID-19 vaccine delivery device:

Inovio’s Cellectra 3PSP is a small, portable, battery-powered intradermal device intended for use in administering the company’s vaccines. Development of the device began last summer with $8.1 million in funding from the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s Medical CBRN Defense Consortium. The award was also earmarked for the evaluation of DNA vaccines developed by the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases using the Cellectra 3PSP device.

The device delivers a short electrical pulse to open small pores in the cell, enabling the plasmid to enter. Once inside, the cell uses the plasmid to produce coded antigens [as if your body isn't enough to be able to produce antigens].

Biological warfare? China's in on it too, while the army uses military doctors to produce a COVID-19 vaccine ... or so they'll have people believe.

Some of the reported dangers of DNA vaccines reported by Nature Medicine, taken from an experiment performed in 1995, entitled, Gene transfer and expression in progeny after intravenous DNA injection into pregnant mice:

It involves the injection of naked DNA that encodes antigens under the control of a eukaryotic promoter ... DNA vaccines are stable and will not require continuous cold storage ... After injection, some DNA may persist and reach distant sites ... Moreover, DNA injected intravenously into pregnant mice reaches fetuses ... However, in mice that express the transgene extrathymically and relatively late, tolerance may not be induced ... Tolerance resulting from DNA vaccination would produce consequences both for the individuals and for the population, as tolerant individuals are expected to be more susceptible to infection and/or they may become carriers, a potentially much more serious problem.  

 In another study, for Human Vaccine & Immunotherapeutics (2014), Safety and efficacy of DNA vaccines, we read: 

Among the risks that WHO, FDA, and EMA lists for the use of DNA vaccines is the hazard of integration into recipient’s chromosomal DNA with the resulting risk of insertional mutagenesis or spreading of antibiotics resistance genes. 

Do not forget that the study for Inovio's Ebola vaccine was fully funded by U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), in other words, by the MILITARY. As if the age-old vaccines weren't enough, using viruses grown in WI-38 HUMAN diploid cells, injected directly into our blood, along with fetal bovine serum (from the blood of fetal calves), recombinant human albumin (from human blood), and sometimes aluminum and thimerosal (derived from mercury). WI-38 is a diploid human cell line composed of fibroblasts derived from lung tissue of a 3-month-gestation aborted female fetus. However, the sick satanic psychopaths that run this world would have you believe that it's for the greater good, when in reality, they are pushing their blood-thirsty rituals on us. And now, they are moving towards modifying God's sacred creation, the DNA of humans ...
