Clear sky to Weather manipulation

The sky began to clear today in the afternoon with the "clouds" breaking open. You could see the remnants of shapeless grey blobs in the sky, which may be metallic aerosols that have accumulated moisture. There were signs of linear cloud lines, displaying EM interference. Most of the sky became blue, then suddenly was blanketed in the evening with no signs of previous oncoming cloud mass.

The weather network is still forecasting clouds and more possible rain/snow, so the clouds blanketing again in the evening with weather control technology should be no surprise. They may still be spraying aerosols up there, at higher altitudes, behind the cloud blanket we are seeing.
